Practices and commitments to pave a better global environment for the next generation
| 1) | We make efforts to preserve the sound environment and make it even more
wholesome by resource saving and waste reduction through our business activities.

We continuously seek to improve the environment and prevent contamination for
the community. |

We ensure thorough compliance with environment-related laws, regulations, and
agreements, establish self-management standards, and manage possible issues
harmful to the environment. |

We establish, achieve, and annually review an environmental purpose and goal.
By conducting these activities, we promote continuous improvement of the
environment management system. |

We document the environmental policy, establish the environment management
system and implement and maintain it. At the same time, we ensure to keep all
the employees informed of the policy and management system. |

We disclose the environmental policy upon request of other companies or when
